Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Depending on the type of footwear, requirements and quantity, we might insist on a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 250 to 500 per SKU – meaning per design. This number includes a variety of sizes, for men’s, women’s and children’s shoes. Generally, the MOQ for men’s shoes tend to be lower, around the 250 unit mark, but higher for women’s and children’s shoes (400 to 500). Though, feel free to reach out to us for a discussion – we are known to be flexible in our solutions!
How does the shoe wholesaling process work?
The shoe wholesaling process begins with design pitching and development, where we work closely with you to finalize the look, materials, and structure of each style — this stage typically takes 1 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly feedback is given and changes are approved.
Once the designs are locked in, we move into production, which generally takes 2 to 3 months. Men’s footwear, especially leather styles, tends to take a bit longer due to the higher level of craftsmanship, manual labor, and attention to detail involved, while women’s and children’s shoes can often be produced faster.
After production, we carry out a thorough quality control process, which can take up to a week to ensure each pair meets both your standards and ours.
From there, we handle logistics and shipping — including customs clearance — which usually takes another 2 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Once everything is cleared, your order is delivered directly to your office or warehouse, ready for distribution or retail.
What countries do you wholesale shoes to?
We supply shoes to countries all over the world — if we can ship there, we can supply it! That said, our largest client base is in Southeast Asia and Europe. So if you’re located in one of these regions, the process tends to move faster since we’re already familiar with the logistics, popular styles, and local market preferences.
